Peregrine Property Management took over administration of my building mid-lease, resulting in new issues for tenants. Dumpster was too small for number of tenants on property and was regularly overflowing. Rent raised significantly under PPM's ownership. Property manager insulted me personally when I asked for a copy of the invoice/documentation of work done in my unit and the associated costs. Peregrine Property demonstrates clear lack of response and little care for the neighborhoods in which they manage properties. I have asked them to remove the trash on their property and have had to go to the City of Providence.
