I spent $85 here, and I wasn't impressed. For 2 plates, the enchilada and Rellenos along with a kids taquito meal. Only thing added was ONE egg, ONE bacon, and French fries and 2 additional sopapillas. The only thing really good was the sopapillas. Super disappointed, the pricing was crazy. Its not like we were eating at a big chain restaurant, and usually it doesn't cost that much either.
Since we've only tried the carry out here, I can only comment on that experience. We had heard many great things about this restaurant and are hoping that dining in is much better. As far as our experience goes, I would not recommend take out from here. The wait before the food was ready was not long and the service was great. The food left a lot to be desired. Hadn’t been here in 40 years and it was disappointing. Terrible food. Don’t know how NM restaurants can make this level of local food. Beans were good.
Efficient and superior service throughout our time there - with 14 people in our group! Food was excellent too. Definitely worth the trip. Staff worked well together to make for a memorable experience. Thanks.
