i’m new to the area and this is the first salon i’ve visited. my first and second visit was fair my third visit not so much. i went back on my 3rd visit because the gel polish from 2nd visit started to lift after 4 days. because i get gel polish i know its not supposed to lift and if it does its because it was improperly applied. i made sure to call them as soon as i seen the issue but when i went it i was asked to pay. which i disagreed with; obviously. i asked for the manager and she understood my pov. the guy that fixed t... read more
