Perdido Key Resort Management is a great company. JD really cares about the properties and the guests. The ladies at the office are very sweet and helpful. With any rental unit, there are times that something breaks or doesn't go as planned. As soon as JD discovers an issue, he is quick to take care of it. I've experienced many rental management companies and this one is by far the best. Two thumbs up!
I have been coming to Perdido Key for years renting condos - this is my first and LAST experience with this rental agency. The condo we rented was FILTHY - you can't imagine how nasty the carpet was. NO AIR CONDITIONING .....we checked in Friday afternoon to a hot condo and called the office....we were told they would have maintenance there first thing Monday!!!!! So we spent a miserable weekend in a condo that never got cooler than 80 degrees and two of the ceiling fans didn't work. I have never had such a bad rental experi... read more
