Bad customer service. Unprofessional job and just unsatisfactory all around.
I got had so you don't have to be. They literally squirted some oil on the seats (not evenly) didn't wipe it (still have splatter marks), didn't pull the seats up, didn't get the leaves under the hood, had to be asked to do the back windows and several other obvious details (not even going into the little details my old guy used to get). I'm doubting they even waxed it. Charged me $200 and I wouldn't have paid $50 for it. Live and learn, I guess.
Percy is the man. Made my daughter's car look like new. Thank you.
Wonderful people and the work is wonderful. To have all windows tinted on a SUV under three hours.
Took it up there to have the car waxed....tipped well.....got it home....and I dont think any wax has been put on the car.....trusted 3 of my cars to percy.....will not be going back.....ever.
I've been coming to Percy's for years, had tint on my car a few years ago and is holding up spectacular, looks factory done. My cars always look fabulous after they are done.
