I have had my Bosch dishwasher now for a couple of weeks and I must tell you the overall quality of the unit is amazing. It is extremely quiet, the racks glide smoothly, I can adjust the second rack, and having a third rack is wonderful feature. The internal design of the dishwasher makes it so easy to load dishes and it does an exceptional job cleaning. Plus, it looks great in my kitchen. We ended up purchasing three appliances from Percy's within a two month period. The customer service was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. We bought a refrigerator and dishwasher the same day and they were delivered a few days later. The technicians were personable, and very professional and made sure the refrigerator was perfectly level.
