Avoid Perchak Properties – Whether you are a renter or owner, avoid this company. They do nothing but collect rent and remit it to the owner, when and if the renter pays. If the renter doesn't pay, they do nothing to try to collect. They ignore service requests from the renters and if they decide to act, bill the owner outrageous amounts. It's really just a scam.
Don't trust strangers to manage for you – They were good for the first few months. Does not return calls, or maybe after 3 attempts. Fictional yearly check for about $50 by someone who doesn't know what he's doing. This charge just pops up and he wants it in writting before you can cancel. A week later after this person said everything was fine, big, expensive bathroom problem. Have to call them to find out where your rent is. Won't collect your late fees from tenants.
