Katie is honestly the best! We have used her to buy and sell 5 homes! Buying homes always seems like an easier process for a realtor, but selling is the challenge. Katie is honestly the best at both! She is so knowledgable and one of the hardest working realtors out there. I hear people complain about paying the fees, but trust me, Katie is worth her weight in gold when it comes to selling a home!
