Katie helped me buy my first home, Brooks helped with our 2nd and most recently, Katie helped us buy a mountain property. Every time, we have had great experiences! What is unique about Perch, is long after your purchase, they are still there for guidance with rentals, showing for a refill, what upgrades help for resell etc. Buying a home/ property is a big decision so, it's comforting to know you are with a trustworthy agency! Cant recommend Perch enough!

The entire team is wonderful to work with. Communication is excellent, repairs are timely and easy, they work hard to be accommodating with animals and particular family needs, and generally just do a great job all around.
