Alexander Leduc is the best and had very good experience with Perch Mortgages as soon as they are on board in the mortgage process. Day 1 till Posession they have been very helpful and super fast in getting things done and on point on what they needed from us. Perch offered me very smooth and easy process trough name transfer and obtaining a lender that best suited my personal situation.
