This was my first time at this particular salon.Wendy was my stylist a month ago. My hair was below my shoulders and hadn’t been dyed in Some time. Even though I showed her three pictures of how long I wanted my hair to be, She cut it too short at the sides, framing my face. The hair dye job was the worst ever! My hair has come out much better even with over-the-counter hair dye. My hair is now three different colors! Dark brown in the back, grayish in some areas and light brown in other areas. Horrible! I found Chris Sullivan and he’s easily the best barber I’ve had. He listens, gives clean, precise cuts (fade and shape-up were perfect), and takes time to get the details right. Friendly, punctual, and the shop is clean.
Went today for a pedicure for the first time in years. Amanda did an amazing job. Will definitely be treating myself more often.
Ladies ladies ladies!!! Let me tell you about Perceptions and let me tell you about their customer service! I work in a store at merchants crossing and had the chance to meet Jan (a stylist) who works at Perceptions, and she was so kind, generous and VERY knowledgeable. Had a lovely experience at this salon. Samantha was my stylist and I will definitely be seeing her from now on. She listened carefully to what I wanted, had some suggestions, and together we came up with a style I could easily maintain. I absolutely love my cut! She spent time while she was drying /styling my hair to give me tips on how I can accomplish the look at home and I left confident that I could manage it. And I can!
