Went today for a pedicure for the first time in years. Amanda did an amazing job. Will definitely be treating myself more often.
Ladies ladies ladies!!! Let me tell you about Perceptions and let me tell you about their customer service! I work in a store at merchants crossing and had the chance to meet Jan (a stylist) who works at Perceptions, and she was so kind, generous and VERY knowledgeable. Had a lovely experience at this salon. Samantha was my stylist and I will definitely be seeing her from now on. She listened carefully to what I wanted, had some suggestions, and together we came up with a style I could easily maintain. I absolutely love my cut! She spent time while she was drying /styling my hair to give me tips on how I can accomplish the look at home and I left confident that I could manage it. And I can! I wear my hair in a side part with angled bangs, I went in for a bang cut. I’ve been growing my hair for over two years so I suggested she clip the side I didn’t want cut but she said she didn’t need to. Well guess what, I have a chunk of my hair on the opposite side of my bangs that is about 1” long. I’m mad every time I look in the mirror. It will take years to grow that out. I used to recommend this salon to people in my community but not anymore.
The owner, Susan, was great about getting me in at the last minute with a wonderful stylist named Dena. The salon has a calm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was warm and friendly. Dena was easy to talk to and gave me the style I was looking for. I will definitely book with her again.
