This is an update. The owner DID contact me and apologized. She took full responsibility for the employees' behavior and addressed it with both of them. She did offer a refund and even an extra service. I must say that a response like this is rare in this day and age and completely restores my faith in this establishment. Surely with such dedication to making things right, this owner deserves a good review. I'm taking her at her word that this was just a bad day, and most likely not what can be expected at Perception.
