I am 75 years old. I have been seeing various optometrists since I was 14 years old. Dr. Nghiem Duong is THE BEST optometrist I have ever had!! She is so kind and listens then solves problems and has the best team at Perception Eyecare you will ever find! I am currently having IPL treatment for dry eyes and already see a big difference! She also gets me in to remove eyelashes that grow inward and scratch and irritate my eyes! I kid you not, she is absolutely THE BEST!!!
I really enjoy the staff there. All of them are quite nice, extremely professional, and very helpful. The one thing that I like the most is Dr Nguyen's meticulous detail that goes into my eye exam, and the care that she shows me. Makes me want to go back just because.
I hadn’t seen an eye doctor since 2018, so I was a bit nervous when I first came in two years ago. But everyone here was so kind and made me feel at ease right away. They took great care of me, and I’ve been coming back every year since. I also really appreciate how they take the time to decorate the office for the holidays — it’s a small touch, but it makes the place feel so welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel comfortable and cared for.
