The client goes in for an intake and is there for at least 4 hours. The paperwork takes maybe 20 minutes to fill out and the rest is sitting and waiting until you are called back. The front desk uses foul language and yells at customers. The front desk uses their vape pen. Gives gifts to the guys she likes and flirts with them. Puts her feet on the counter and is on her phone all the time. The counselors don't have degrees.
This company is the worst. As an employee, I was told I was making 16.00 hr., but after quitting an 18.00 hr. job, I found that I was only making 14.35 hr. The owner/boss yells at you and doesn't give you time to talk to her. There are employees who come to work under the influence. She tells you she can't afford more than 14.35 hr. and then brings in 3 more people making a higher rate than you. She is unresponsive to questions when asking for clarification.
