Percel property management is a fraudulent property management company. They are deleting reviews off of Google and putting up fake ones. They are also calling people who write reviews antisemitic in order to intimidate them and get them to remove their reviews. This is absolutely disgusting. Their behavior is actually breaking down the movement. Run from this management company. It is not legitimate. Hopefully Percel property management does not get the opportunity to delete this review or respond in a negative way. Many of the reviews on Google have been either deleted or outnumbered by the fake positive reviews they have been able to inquire. This business is clearly all about scamming owners out of their money. Please if you want a great condo corporation this one is not it. Please read all of the negative reviews on Google and disregard the new positive-ones that they were somehow able to buy.

I Feel very fortunate to have a business relationship with them. Both Staci Ulrich and  Marko Prodanovic who are property managers Have always been very quick to return calls And answer questions and concerns. They are Great to work for and always very helpful.

Percel has been managing Rivergrass, our condominium in the Blue Mountains for a number of years. I have been interacting with Franca, our property manager at Percel, regularly over the past year or two as a result of our renovation project. I work as a security supervisor at Encore @ Equinox 50 Town Centre Court, Scarborough, ON, M1P 0A9. Our property manager, Andrew Chan, is a professional, always there to answer and assist with any issues at the site. No matter what time or day I message or call him, he always replies and assists in solving the issue. A good team leader, approachable.
