They didn't have aprovider on site and weren't sure if someone was going to show up that day to see patients. Sigh
Disappointed that they didn't have x-ray capability though their Google info says they do. I was told that we could go to ER to evaluate lungs for possible pneumonia. Otherwise, the facility was clean, the staff and provider extremely efficient and helpful!
Looked after my problem and called to follow up with test results
If I could leave zero stars I would. Called ahead of time to see if they were busy and if they accept pediatric patients. They weren’t busy so we went in immediately. We thought we lucked out because there was no one waiting when we got there. 45 mins later we still hadn’t been seen. The nurse walks out to the front desk lady and tells her she doesn’t know how to take vitals on a baby. The front desk lady says they don’t have a scale for a baby so the only vitals she needs to take is a temperature. Clearly not set up to take... read more
