Horrible! Front desk complaining and whining while everyone can hear. The PA asked same things 3-4 times after being given the answers, never looked up from her computer, and never really looked at the skin issue. Drive further!
FIRST OF ALL. NO LAB FOR BLOODWORK! SECOND NO LAB FOR URINE SPIN. IT WAS SO HOT IN THERE I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO PASS OUT. Went in with severe headache and backache. Coughing up green phlegm. Was hurt in a hiking accident out in Peralta Trail area. Arrived at Peralta Urgent Care in Gold Canyon because close to area. Felt lucky the waiting room was empty. Waited a bit then was taken to the exam room. The Dr came in and examined and said needed stitches. No xray was offered. Cleaned the wound then used 4-5 needles to numb the top of knee, hurt a bit but expected then she started to do the stitches and the pain was crazy bad. They didn't have aprovider on site and weren't sure if someone was going to show up that day to see patients. Sigh
Disappointed that they didn't have x-ray capability though their Google info says they do. I was told that we could go to ER to evaluate lungs for possible pneumonia. Otherwise, the facility was clean, the staff and provider extremely efficient and helpful!
