I've had this cover almost 100 days. It is well made, seals out water as well as others I have had, and looks good on the truck. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for the way I use my truck. This is partially my fault for not thinking it through fully before I bought. However, customer service is outstanding. Heather was cheerful and very helpful with my return and the process was virtually seamless. This company walks the talk. That's rare these days. They're so nice, I almost feel guilty returning it.

I have owned this cover for 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about. It's low profile gives a sleek look that blends in seamlessly. It easily removes within a minute or 2 and the cover actually fits on the back floor of the truck. Customer service is second to none. I had a strut that blew out recently and I contacted customer support about purchasing a pair of new ones. Great product, easy install, had a rattle after installed and hard to lock, talked with ****** he sent stronger spring which cured the lock problem and had me fold the front seal over the front rail rather under curing rattle, great product and service

I bought cover due to good reviews when posting a review peragon won't post negative reviews , sponsored reviews not accurate eightor .they lie the cover is as waterproof as a screen door. Nowhere else to post truth. They state the cover keeps the elements out. It dose not...."

I purchased a Peragon truck bed cover for my truck via their website directly from them. Once I ordered I was told my bed cover would take almost 2 months to ship! I called and spoke to Jacob from sales and support and advised he was unable to ship it out sooner and suggested I cancel the order. Looks to me like customer acquisition is not important to them.
