Want an intense workout, this is where it’s at. Whether classes, personal training or both, you will get results. The entire staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I been training here for a year w/ Jay and I’m super happy with my progress. I even sent my son for the summer to train with him for football conditioning.
My son trained with Coach Talyn at Per4orm for a few months to help improve his speed, agility in basketball. After a few sessions, there was an obvious improvement in his fluidity and shiftiness. While playing in his first tournament after his sessions with Coach Talyn we got to see the improvements in his overall game on the court. Thank you Coach Talyn!
Love this training facility! My daughter trains with Jay, working on agility, reaction mobility, among other things. Her results are outstanding and definitely show when she is playing her sport!
