Really appreciated Justin B’s service call today. Day got long for him but he still came. Let me know he’d be late. Panel kept giving low battery warning. Changed that out. Then changed the batteries in all the glass breaks and contact points. Really glad he did that at the same time. All included as part of my maintenance contract. Have always had good service with per mar over the years.
Great install of CO detectors from Kevin. He’s friendly, polite and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Per Mar has always been reliable and professional. Today Justin B and Vonte W were no different, as well as the woman in the Bloomington office and Vicki who was on the phone during the service visit. We had a problem with a low battery and they quickly came out to resolve the problem. Even though the problem was not resolved today, Justin told me a clear plan to get it fixed. Justin answered all my questions and also showed me how to install the batteries myself. I highly recommend Per Mar.
