Absolute horrible service! After I received horrible service with camera outages all the time and 0 luck on getting pins changed i canceled it. They did not care why, they just wanted to make sure I was going to pay out the contract. This was not a new service. This was equipment I inherited from the previous owner. I refused to pay it and they have sent me to collections. I would definitely not recommend! Go elsewhere. I really wish I had.

The company requires a minimum 2-year contract and a guarantee that, should you sell, the new owner assumes the contract or you pay for the remainder of the 2-year contract. Note that any installation (service and hardware) is paid up front. If these costs were included in the monthly fee, the aforementioned requirement would make sense. I opted to go with a different company.
We have been PerMar customers for more than 20 years. Several years ago we purchased a SkyBell video doorbell to add to our security system. I am giving a 5 star review to Wendall, one of the service Tech's, who after 2 other tech's working on the system, was the only one who found a good solution in less than 20 minutes.
