My wife requested a visit from a tech to check all our batteries when we received a message that one battery was low. We received prompt service, and the technician was pleasant and helpful. He worked efficiently and the job was done without delay. Great worker! His name is Reese Brew.
We recently purchased a home with Per Mar Security. Shaun M was dispatched to our home and checked all of the devices, made sure each monitor worked and had a fresh battery. He was diligent, quick, professional and friendly. It is so nice to pay for a service that has such excellent people working for the customer.
Shaun M, Taylor K, Reece D did an amazing job installing a camera on our playground. They went over the installation with me before beginning and made sure the camera was in the right position before leaving. They also cleaned up their materials and the dust from making a hole in the wall. At the end, they answered questions I had and showed me a couple of features that I did not know about. Thank you for all your work to help keep our facitily safe.
PerMar did an excellent job upgrading our home security system. Install Technician Shawn M did a great job explaining how to use the system including activating and disarming. Shawn also assisted us with setting up the the monitoring application on our phones. We have used PerMar for many years and would recommend them to anyone considering a home security system.
