DShawn, our Per Mar technician, was very professional and efficient, methodically taking down each of our sensor devices and linking them to a new panel he came to install, as well as installing new smoke & heat sensors, then testing everything and explaining the new panel differed from our previous one. I was impressed with the whole experience and really enjoyed my interaction with him.
