This Crossfit is awesome! Whether you are trying to get in better shape or you are already in great shape and are trying to maintain it, the coaches/trainers will met you at your level and push you to do your best. There are two things I love about this crossfit: 1) I always leave feeling like I pushed myself and got an amazing workout; and 2) the trainers are awesome as people and fitness professionals - they really help with getting your form correct.
