RecommendedThe time and care given to our special needs. And we have a lot of them. Everyone is awesome whether it is getting appointment scheduled at our favorite time and day, checking out etc. The techs are all fantastic and you know they really care about the animals and love their job. And what can you say about Dr Brown - my LG would not be here without her. She takes as much time as it needs and is always looking for new things to improve LG and Mavy's well being in there golden years.

RecommendedI felt I had special needs for how my dog was handled, and they accommodated me in my handling the dog. He'd had an abusive past, and was fine and trusting with me, but would revert to his fears from street life if handled by others without me there. Once i had him in position and secure and without fear, then I was able to leave him safely for his x-rays, without him panicking when I left the room.
