It's about time ! – Finally, I got a nice place and the folks treat me fair. Been living all over and Brenda and Neva helped me get a good apartrment and worked with me on the price and the payments. I had a couple of little things to fix since I have been in the place and they come fix it without a fuss. If you want a decent place to live with neighbors that help keep the building nice, I say give Pepzee a call.
Good Landlord – I. Found the folks there friendly. ended up renting a real nice 2 Bedroom place and am real happy. Told my friend when she was looking to move and she ended up renting from them also.

Good Place To Live – Been with a bunch of slumlords and good to be in a place where the people treat you decent. My apartment was fixed up nice and I feel good about these folks.
