Pepzee realty is a great company. I have been here for one year and anytime something is wrong and I called them they are there asap. Plus the employees there are very friendly and professional.
I just recently rented from Pep Zee and I got a great deal in a great neighborhood with great school district I hope everyone will have the experience as I have had dealing with them
This rental company is a joke! I rented from them for 4 years, I paid them rent on time every month for 4 years and took real good care of my place their maintenance sucks! They have tenants mainly doing maintenance and half the time they don’t know what they’re doing (most of them) place I lived in in miamisburg Ohio on 11th St. when I first moved in in 2016 of March the place was infested with roaches I got rid of them myself with diatomaceous earth because their spray is basically water they take their time on getting stu... read more
It's been a few weeks since I moved into pepzee Reality apartments. The rent is reasonable and I enjoy the staff, Ms. Lashay has been great to me. I would recommend a friend.
I've only had good experiences with the people at Pepzee. I looked at a few apts around Dayton and the one I settled on from Pepzee is in good condition, clean, in a good neighborhood, has easy parking and is inexpensive. The people at Pepzee were friendly, and quick to fix a couple minor issues when I moved in. They don't hassle me and things are always smooth. If I needed a new place I wouldn't hesitate to use Pepzee again.
At first thought that pepzee was going to be a great place to live. We got moved in and we have noisiest neighbor ever. She is in our business all the time. From day 1 we moved in she has popped up and had something to tell us and peeps out her window and watches everything we do. We don't have assigned parking yet she told us we were in spot the first day we loved in. She has called on everyone in this complex over and over for some reason. Found an ad on craigslist. Woman (think her name was Brenda) showed me around. Nice house, rent wasn't overpriced. Got a place, easy.
I've been satisfied with them. Got a nice apartment and didn't have to break the bank too much. People at the office were helpful and timely.
Good for the goose – Affordable apartments. Friendly office staff. Competent and reliable maintenance employees. I have no complaints and hope this business continues to serve the greater Dayton area.
