Wow. What a great atmosphere! The moment I walked in, I knew I belonged. Great support, no judgement and already seeing improvement. Would recommend PEPT Narangba for anyone wanting to improve themselves, physically and mentally.
Patrick at PEPT Gym and all the instructors Ive met have been informative about the weights and floor exercises Robyn and I have to do .doing stuff at our own pace with clear instructions.😊👍
Absolutely love the attention to detail that is given to each individual’s circumstance with regards to injuries and limitations and then to customise a workout to suits your needs. Brilliant!!!
