Venue is just ok. Parking a little pricey, but getting in and out not bad. Bathrooms are disgusting...floors wet and filthy by 2nd period. Lots of food choices, but almost no restaurants/bars close to arena, so you're kind of stuck with Pepsi Center food and drinks. Seats are not roomy, and with the drink holders just about in your lap, not very comfy. Doors opened 40 minutes late for first show of Trans Siberian Orchestra and the show started 40 minutes late on 11-19-2016 otherwise show was great
The hired off duty help that were directing traffic were rude and unprofessional, even yelling at me and making condisending remarks. The parking attendant was nice but not knowledgeable about handicap spaces, a must if you are attending an event with a special needs person. The event staff all very nice and helpful.
Went to the 3 pm Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. Worst wait of any concert I've ever been to. Not sure what the issue was but we ended up missing the first several songs of the concert.
