Pepsi center and Argus staffing have the worst security ever!!! Nobody is there to see you so stop harassing everybody who isn't an old white lady!!!! Highly disappointed with the terrible treatment I got after some old lady threw beer on my feet!!!! Go to your concerts elsewhere!!!!
Worst ticket buying experience. Every single time. After trying to purchase online; tried calling to see if I could purchase tickets over the phone (as online it was only allowing me to buy odd numbers of tickets when I needed an even 4). Sat on hold until a message came on telling me to go buy online as it was way more convenient and was promptly hung up on. I would love to purchase online, but I need 4 tickets, not 5 or 3. I hate the pepsi center!! I've only been to concerts there and blah - I always complain.
I was very pleased to find seat covers in several of bathrooms throughout the Pepsi center woman's bathrooms! In the recent past, I struggled to find seat covers in the woman's bathrooms. Thanks for listening to my complaint and making it right! ���
Guest relations were absolutely amazing and very helpful. I attended a concert last night and am on crutches, they took great care of me. The nice gentleman, Robert pushed me in one of their wheelchairs all the way to my seat that they exchanged for a more accessible seat. Robert also wheeled me at the end of the show all the way outside. I am blown away with the customer service, thank you so very much for your services. Keep it up! �
The staff were great and friendly... The sound system was AWFUL couldn't understand half the time what was being said, it went out multiple times during songs when the band was singing/playing.
Awesome venue. But why are there always people mopping when there's hundreds of people trying to walk. Seems kinda redundant.
Staff was super friendly and courteous despite it being crazy busy. Especially at Mile high bar! Keep up the good work �
