I have fought for three years in the discriminatory conduct of concessions in their treatment of disabled veterans like myself. I am forced to walk with a cane due to three surgeries on my spine. Considering that I have insufficient hands, I cannot purchase a bottle soft drink and a good item but not both because concession staff will not leave the cap on the bottle so I can put it into a jacket pocket and carry a food item in my free hand. Last year I thought I had it resolved yet in once again reared its ugly head at the b... read more
It's very nice inside but they need to improve the speakers had a hard time hearing
Had an awesome time at the game. Great atmosphere.
I love the Pepsi center, they are always trying to improve the venue and support the community. I go to school across the street and they are always so kind when events are going on and we can't park in the lots, yeah they do sometimes have issues. But who doesn't when dealing with thousands of people, not everyone can be happy. I would say to eat before going in because the food is mediocre, and sometimes you can't find the food you want. We went last night to watch the Avalanche vs Penguins game , great venue , parking was easy but expensive , tickets were reasonable price , staff were extremely helpful , food and drinks were expensive , then again so is every other sports venue I have attended , our food was fresh and hot , we just got super nachos and sodas , had a great time , will be back in two weeks
Real nice you don't allow for people to conceal carry.. no officer's around keeping anyone safe to there cars. When someone is harmed it will be on your hands!
We went to Pepsi Center on Saturday for Monster Jam. We went to 3 events that day. Pit Party & 1pm show were great, got right in because less people arriving at 10am. The evening show started at 7pm. We arrived to a massive amount of people outside trying to funnel inside. We got in line about 6:25pm and stood waiting to get in the door. The security process was super slow and it took almost 35 mins to get in. This was very disappointing when we missed the first 10-15mins of the show trying to walk in. I understand security ... read more
When I pay to get into a pit party at monster jam I expect to get in at 10:30 not 45 minutes after the time states. They should open the doors 30 - 45 minutes before if they are going to go through everyone's bags. Just sayin!!!!
We went to the monsterjam show and it was great the only thing that was a little frustrating was I was heading back to my seat section after grabbing food and one of the staff memebers grabbed me by my armand pulled me back and wouldnt let me threw I showed my exact seat ticket I thought that was rude for him to grab me but other then that it was good
