Inconsiderate drivers. Would not move out of the loading dock after delivery so they could stock shelves.
Its probably only a simple problem that could be fixed easily, but we'll never know because the only contact on their website is through a form which just emails back a rejection because my email isn't whitelisted. I understand the desire to reduce automated spam, but this is excessive for a customer service contact form.
Machine at work took my money & the company has not reimbursed me yet.
