The reviews are correct, unloading is very disorganized and took 7 hours to get unloaded. DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH PEPSI!
Never come to this place. It’s an extremely bad facility. I checked in at 10:30 AM, and they didn’t assign me a dock door until 3:20 PM. They work incredibly slowly. This place is absolutely terrible.
Ojala pudiera darle 0 estrellas...ws una falta de respeto la.demora aqui.... no vengas a descargar aqui....demorarás minimo 5 horas....no reparan appoinmen ni nada...
Reginald at the front gate checked me in, showed me on my map app where to go and dock. Once I was docked they started unloading immediately. It was 45 minutes later I was rolling out. Very fast, friendly and professional.
Horrible to deliver to.. appointment for 2pm checked in at 1pm got a door at 4pm told to go to door 20 had a stack of pallets in front then told to go to 21 a driver was backing into it door 19 opened up so I backed into it then they started unloading avoid this place at all costs unloader had to come out twice and tell western express to move center into the door…. It’s 424pm and they haven’t touched me 2pm appointment…
