very poor management.and training they can care less about your safety and others.upper management needs to rotate unit manger out to get ride of the good ol boy system.also need to go to the stores talk with managers and see if they really know who they are and how often they are there.and keep a very close eye on them checking in damage product as good to keep the count down.
