He doesn't listen to or believe his patient. He will lie to you about ordering the tests you need and then will refuse to see you but not drop you

Not sure what has happened with Dr. Peppy. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years and have recommended him to numerous people however I recently had the testosterone pellets implanted for relief of menopause symptoms and I had an adverse reaction. I have called at least 10 times and left messages for the Dr. only to be told by his staff that " that has never happened to anyone before". Love the doctor but the nurses are so rude and not helpful. They will not help you even in urgent situations.
It was my first visit to Dr. Peppy for an annual exam. He is very busy and I had to wait 4 weeks to get in to see him. The wait was worth it! Dr. Peppy and staff are so professional but more then that his kindness and knowledge is amazing and appreciated. I can see why he is so busy! He cares about his patients and it shows. We need more physicians like Dr. Peppy!
