I thought the small apartment was already on the expensive side, but I decided it was close enough to my job to justify the costs. There are so many annoying and crappy things around here tho. The heat in my apartment barely works, and I'm pretty sure it just completely shuts off over night. This morning there was literally no hot water whatsoever, I could not take a shower. wish I could give ZERO stars — or better yet, negative stars. I had an appointment scheduled and even showed up early out of respect for their time. BIG mistake. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with nothing but hostility. The leasing agent didn’t just lack basic courtesy — they were flat-out rude and dismissive. The leasing staff's comportment was woefully unprofessional and lamentably unprepared. Their lack of diligence and foresight made the experience frustratingly inefficient. Prospective (or potential) tenants deserve a more welcoming experience. My friend heard good things about this place and the leasing agent just missed their chance of having a great tenant.

I recently attempted to tour an apartment at Pepperwood and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I arrived 15 minutes early—something I consider a basic courtesy—and was met with a dismissive, “You can go sit over there until we’re ready for you.” While waiting, the leasing agent remained on her phone, giving no indication that she intended to acknowledge or assist us anytime soon. Oh Pepperwood, where do I even start. My wife and I moved in here about 2 years ago and since then we have watch this place decline immensely. The front office used to be staffed by Casey and she was professional, prompt, she walked the property, and most importantly when you had a question she was prepared with an answer and was helpful. She left 6 months after we signed our lease and has since been replaced with nearly a half dozen people and the customer service has nose-dived.
