Oh Pepperwood, where do I even start. My wife and I moved in here about 2 years ago and since then we have watch this place decline immensely. The front office used to be staffed by Casey and she was professional, prompt, she walked the property, and most importantly when you had a question she was prepared with an answer and was helpful. She left 6 months after we signed our lease and has since been replaced with nearly a half dozen people and the customer service has nose-dived. The whole process with this complex was a disaster, they are very unprofessional, lazy, and the process took way longer than any other place I’ve ever applied or lived, on top of the fact that they are withholding my deposit longer than any other place I’ve ever been 10 business days to get a deposit back is ridiculous! I would never recommend this place to anyone and the reviews speak for themselves. Need better management!
I went on a tour today and I must say nice apartments. My tour guide Ebony Ray was fantastic!! She answered all my questions and had such a great personality!!
Laundromat card machine does not work; in the year we have lived here we had to drive more often to their other facilities like Coopertree to add money to the card than we were able to do so at our own place, Pepperwood. Every time it’s some sort of excuse about something, the part is missing, this is missing, that is missing. Place is nice but the leasing staff is rude and management doesn’t care about you, they just want your money. Have had multiple issues since moving in and most got fixed but we had to really fight for it but still some happening. The staff is never there in the office to help and when they are they are lost or rude most of the time. Management always just makes excuses up.
