Horrible management. There were holes in my basement wall which on the other side was the community laundry room. I asked for them to be patched up because I had 3 small children and privacy concerns. I was laughed at and told that's the least of their worries. The property was decent, fixtures were cheap, towel bars always falling off the wall, blinds missing and damaged, appliances damaged but functional and most annoying was the furnace going out multiple times in the winter. You get what you pay for. The landlords do the bare minimum. We aren't technically resposible for snow removal in the winter but had to plow ourselves out of the parking lot to get to work every time it snowed. Things aren't fixed in a timely manner and are usually just barely patched to where it's not technically broken but not really fixed either. You get attitude, rudeness, and blamed when asking for things that break from regular wear.
