Great virtual tour! Moving out to California soon and spoke with the community manager and he was great I can’t wait to experience living here!
I had my doubts with the new management. While I understand it’s not the onsite staffs fault for doing their job. I appreciate that the manager recently convinced the owners to do a new flat rate utility program. 65 dollars for all utilities including electricity???? Bruh that’s such a steal!!!
We did a tour the other day. Our friends live here and we are thinking of moving here next year. Seems like things are changing and busy. However, the front desk took the time to help us out and answer our questions. I loved how welcoming they were and the energy they had. They were giving out free snacks, energy drinks during finals. Plus they had free red scantrons and blue books for the residents (yes I took some too, lol)
