If you can find literally any other option, go for that instead. I lived here for 5 years, when I first moved in it was okay. Not great, but okay. Then they got bought out. They kept going through office people, you couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and they were never actually there in office. They have a huge bug problem and by bugs I mean roaches. They refuse to actually fix the problem and instead every 1-3 months they demand that you pack up your entire kitchen so they can pretend to fix the problem.. they give yo... read more
I'm great full to live in a place when we have snow, they will take care of quickly. The past owners didn't do anything, they blow the parking lot but blocked cars from getting out. The new owners made sure all snow was removed so we could easily get out and move on with our day. Thank you peppertree.
