We are here at this resort, we made are reservations back in January . We were promised to stay in one of the new buildings , after traveling 14 hours we were told they are having plumbing problems, however walking past the new building people were coming and going to it .Now we are back in the older building with old furniture and very used dirty carpet . We truly enjoyed our first stay at Peppertree Resort. The apartment was fresh & clean. All the items we needed to use in kitchen were available. There were many activities to do, but it was windy & rainy, so Inside hubby & wife games were more fun.
Nice facilities ! Looks like great family fun ! I just wish I had a view of the beach ! �

We have been vacationing at Peppertree the last 20 years. The first 13-14 years it was 5 Star without a shadow of a doubt! The last 5-6 years it has failed tremendously!! The decor is suffering and outdated. The stereo and blender which once were a part of my unit have disappeared as have some other items?!?!The last two years a $187 assessment fee has been added to the maintenance fees. This was due to the town of AB condemning the stairs and rails on a few of the building. There appears to be a management problem as eviden... read more
