This place is absolutely horrible and over priced.
People please stay out of this trap.. I been here for 2 month and I have 3 police report. First my truck got broke into and they stole property out of my truck, second they stole my second vehicle and they stole property out of my house. There is not lightning outside and it's scary to take your trash out or to walk outside at night time.. the manager is very rude and when you first sign your lease they make you believe that they are nice until you are trap with the lease. Peppertree Lane Apartments are a wonderful community to live in. It has friendly neighbors who look out for each other, which makes this a very safe place to stay! I have lived in both the town homes and apartments and they are spacious and well maintained by a great staff. The Office Staff and Maintenance Staff are very friendly and receptive at all time.
