Just need to let out my frustration with our experience with the practice. Had no problem with our GP which is Dr. Nahla and other receptionists for the past few months. I booked an appointment for my bubba and checked in with one of the receptionists, provided the details needed and we were asked to be seated at the waiting area. We were waiting for almost an hour thinking that Dr Nahla is just a bit busy and running behind but when bub is starting to get fussy, I asked one of the receptionists, what’s our queue on the line... read more
Lovely experience today. Dr Harry absolutely amazing. He did not make me feel like a number to be pushed out the door, felt like he was genuinely interested in why i was visiting today. Reception staff friendly and happy to chat Highly recommend this practice.
I have to say that this medical practice is the best l have visited. At 77 l have been in quite a few. The staff are always welcoming,doctors always have a smile and the nurses are very helpful. I have no worries in recommending this Pepppertree surgery to any new resident in or coming to Medowie.
