We used Pepper Tree before but this last time they gave us a room that we could barely turn around in. When I made the reservations months before we were to arrive I knew my son would be on crutches and using a scooter. I asked for that exact reason 2 bedroom lower level accommodations. They weren't even close what I was told I would get. We were in a partial open bedroom, my children (one grown) and the other a teen slept in the main room with the kitchenette steps away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean great views. Rules are enforced but I’m glad absolutely no rowdy guests no police needed very safe. Staff amazing helpful. Location wow walk everywhere. Almost forgot beds were the best. Slept very well ocean sounds amazing. Surely be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
