even though we didn’t end up taking the apartment, danielle and michelle went above and beyond to still work with us when we were having issues with our side of the application process. the units are renovated and beautiful, 10/10 recommend working with this complex.

Can't speak for anyone else, but this apartment is pretty good. I've been here for a little over a year. No real issues besides squeaky floorboards in my living room. Maintenance helped me with issues with my garbage disposal and my deck. There is laundry on site, gym and a pool, heat and ac work. This isn't the most luxury complex out there but it gets the job done.
Wouldn’t recommend renting here… rent is high and nothing is updated… not all the outlets work…
I moved into Peppertree apartments right out of college and lived there for 9 years and I highly recommend it for anybody just starting out. The area is safe, close to a lot of jobs, management was responsive, and the neighbors were friendly. I lived in a studio apartment that was cheaper than most of the options on the market in this area and it allowed me to avoid having roommates and save money. All in all, I had a great experience here
