We are very disappointed in our experience at Peppertree and would not recommend this property to anyone. Please save your money and find other accommodations with landlords/property managers who have respect for their residents. Our original apartment that we had planned to move into had not been vacated and we were told this information about 3 days before we were supposed to move. We were moved into a recently renovated unit for a few weeks until the new unit we were going to move into was available. We had to cover all m... read more
even though we didn’t end up taking the apartment, danielle and michelle went above and beyond to still work with us when we were having issues with our side of the application process. the units are renovated and beautiful, 10/10 recommend working with this complex.
Rude receptionist
Can't speak for anyone else, but this apartment is pretty good. I've been here for a little over a year. No real issues besides squeaky floorboards in my living room. Maintenance helped me with issues with my garbage disposal and my deck. There is laundry on site, gym and a pool, heat and ac work. This isn't the most luxury complex out there but it gets the job done.
Wouldn’t recommend renting here… rent is high and nothing is updated… not all the outlets work…
