my 1 year stay here. I would not Recommend this apartment peppertree Mckee Rd San Jose 95127 due to poor management name Joe and lack of approachability. Throughout my time living here, I’ve encountered multiple situations where the management team was either unavailable, dismissive, or unwilling to help resolve issues. For example, when I reported a maintenance issue with my air conditioning unit during a heatwave, it took over a week for anyone to respond, despite multiple follow-ups. i give Zero why the Lan Lord name Joe he is not approachable, he is untrusted, unprofessional my Apartment 223 is too high and the office staff name Joe he is very mean. that is why all the Tenants are leaving because of him he cheated our bills. i will not RECOMMEND this Apartment because of the Staff and over pricing.
He is nice person and he finished his job perfectly.Thank you
