Bugs. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Mark acts really friendly when you first meet him, and as soon as you sign the lease, you're screwed. His personality is that of a terrifying eldritch horror. Had both an ant and gnat infestation at one point, it was beyond stressful. Didn't let anyone visit the place, I was so ashamed for the place I lived in. Everything is grimy and nasty there. I just called the manager of PepperTree Apartments to see about renting an apartment, and he was a real jerk. He was very verbally abusive and insulting. On the basis of that alone I would never rent an apartment there. If he's like that to a total stranger who's interested in renting an apartment, what's he going to be like if you live there? I have a feeling it wouldn't be a happy experience.

Garbage customer service. The old guy at the leasing office talks to people like he’s doing them a favor with the sighs and everything. If you hate your job just quit?
