Couldn't recommend this place enough! The staff, including maintenance, were wonderful to work with. The apartments are well-maintained and they are efficient when you put in a maintenance request, most times coming to check out the problem in less than an hour! Michelle at the front office was always a gem to work with. I never had any issues with loud or rude neighbors. No car break ins. One time I accidentally left my keys in my front door overnight and lost my wallet in the parking lot (to be fair, I did just come home f... read more

Love love LOVE Michelle and Patty. I signed my first lease here and I have no regrets. Michelle and Patty always made sure I was comfortable during my lease and was always helpful with any and everything I needed along with the maintenance. I renewed my lease and went from a 1 to 2 bedroom and they did everything possible to assure my process was easy. I’ll miss you 2 more than anything. Thanks for everything and for always being friendly and kind. Keep making Peppertree an awesome place.
I’ve lived in this apartment complex for a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about the place! Management makes sure they are available and maintenance is very swift. The area is overall pretty quiet and peaceful and the apartments are pretty spacious for the price!
