The water is shut off every week, and today it’s off from 10 to 5 with no water available. Why am I paying rent if I’m not getting water?
This place is going to owe me some money I pay almost 3 grand for a two bedroom apartment and this is the third time I’ve woken up to my kitchen flooding If they didn’t uses the cheapest of the cheap material this wouldn’t happen Now we have water damage My daughters stuff is destroyed Oh and I’ll probably get stuck with the bill WHY IS RENT SO HIGH ?!?! There is brown stuff in the water So what is this, sewage?????? This is bull
Peppertree has always had great managers bad tenants cause issues for mangers the place is great I've been here 10 years the bad tenants who allow bad friends cause all the parties and problems
Good neighborhood, clean environment and good ventilation. Manager is helpful and kind.
