RecommendedVery homey! Affordable! It's actually very quiet here, the other tenants that I've met are great! Sandi, the Manager, I adore!!! The maintenance guys are very friendly and great at their job. Very thorough. Great place for me and my daughter, we love it here.
From the first moment I began corresponding with Sandi (manager) she has been exceptional. Meeting her enhanced my opinion for the better. Maintenance here is wonderful so far. No issues with anything to do with the complex or apartment. It's clean, well-taken care of, no issues at all. I love my apartment!!! I would totally recommend Peppertree Apartments.
the property manager Sandy (aka heartless ) has some major control issues for one and seems to think it is ok to not only talk about tenants Personal business but she also lies about tenants to other tenants. Also she has been seen going into other tenants apartments after they leave without their permission. on top the fact she believes this is all ok she has also put together her own little passe of tenants that I'm sure gets a discount or some other Incentive is long as they are snitches for her. The place is a Dump! Always flooded! Roaches horrible. Flies so bad from feeding feral cats outside door couldn’t open! Enormous plies off dog feces constantly! Rules posted no one will follow! Trash left outside. Dogs barking continuously. Water has so much calcium and lime everything turned white could not drink or bathe! A/C noisy outside bedroom and loud cherry bomb pipes all the time. I applied for an one bedroom went in to fill all paperwork out signed everything paid application fee and deposit took a look at an apartment seem everything was going good the lady at the office was pleasant and informative seem to be helpful telling me everything looks good. Go home wake up to a call from the same pleasant woman but she wasnt so pleasant on the phone nor when I went and saw the woman at her office I was turn down cuz I'm a felon and according to there websites or her email I wasted time and money and if u ... read more
A place to call home, clean upgrade apartment homes. 1 and 2 bedrooms ready for move in. Quiet community and excellent staff where we treat you like family.
My wife and I lived here for 1 year as I attended Baylor Law School. The rent is fairly low, but remember, you get what you pay for. If you plan to live here: (1) Insist on seeing the apartment first, as we were promised a ground floor apartment with new carpet, neither of which were provided. Also, the apartment was furnished with appliances, including a built-in microwave, but the microwave was broken from day 1 and never repaired (tacky). (2) Be aware many of the neighbors are noisy.
