My husband and I have lived at Peppertree for about little over four years in two different apartments, and we would never be leaving if we were staying in the LA area. The location is great - right next to the Ardmore path and walking distance from downtown Hermosa and the beach. Bill is a great property manager - always very on top of things, and he and his wife are super nice. Joe is a great maintenance person, and very nice as well. Called and emailed several times for a tour of the place and never heard back. You would think they would want to lease their vacant units....
Very fortunate to have called Peppertree home for a little over a year and a half. The location is amazing, within walking distance of the Hermosa Beach Pier, many shops, and the Greenbelt. Bill is a fantastic land manager, and was always very friendly, professional, and responsive. Joe, who handled maintenance, shared the same qualities and was very quick with maintenance requests. Since living in California, I’ve felt most at home when living at Peppertree Apartments. I’ve lived in 7 apartments over the last 8 years, I can confidently say that Bill is by far the best property manager I’ve ever had and that this is my favorite apartment. The complex is extremely clean and its location cannot be beat. When living here, you are just a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Peppertree Apartments is an amazing apartment complex to live in! The complex is beautiful, it’s always clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. The apartment I lived in was very nice and never had any issues. Bill and Margo are extremely kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to help and always make you feel like a priority. I’ve really loved living here and would absolutely recommend Peppertree apartments to anyone looking for an amazing and welcoming home!
