We've had noisy construction next door (at what looks like it will be called The Palms) since August and it doesn't look like it is stopping anytime soon. Six days a week, with the workers getting onsite before 8am everyday and sometimes staying through taking happy hour onsite until 6 or 7pm. Before this month, I would have said this apartment complex is awesome, but we've had noisy construction next door (at the old Oceanus apartment complex) for weeks and it doesn't sound like it is stopping anytime soon. Oct 1 update - the construction is very much still active 6 days a week. Apartment management has ignored the situation.

Amazing apartment complex with a great team. Bill is a great manager and Joe is really fast with the maintenance issues. The layouts are pretty good and I like the large windows. Amenities are kept neat and clean. It helps that everything is in walking distance like the pier, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants.
I’m leaving the Peppertree apartments after 4 years. It’s been an absolutely wonderful place to live. The amenities are always kept up nicely and they have an on staff maintenance person that fixes things immediately if anything were ever to break in my apartment. Great apartment in hermosa beach!
