Very fortunate to have called Peppertree home for a little over a year and a half. The location is amazing, within walking distance of the Hermosa Beach Pier, many shops, and the Greenbelt. Bill is a fantastic land manager, and was always very friendly, professional, and responsive. Joe, who handled maintenance, shared the same qualities and was very quick with maintenance requests. Since living in California, I’ve felt most at home when living at Peppertree Apartments. I’ve lived in 7 apartments over the last 8 years, I can confidently say that Bill is by far the best property manager I’ve ever had and that this is my favorite apartment. The complex is extremely clean and its location cannot be beat. When living here, you are just a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Peppertree Apartments is an amazing apartment complex to live in! The complex is beautiful, it’s always clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. The apartment I lived in was very nice and never had any issues. Bill and Margo are extremely kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to help and always make you feel like a priority. I’ve really loved living here and would absolutely recommend Peppertree apartments to anyone looking for an amazing and welcoming home!
I enjoyed my time at Peppertree, felt safe and loved the walking distance to everything! Bill the manager has always been super helpful and prompt and our handyman very quick every time I needed something. Big thank you!!
The pro is this place is cheap. However while we lived here for two years we got cockroaches twice (once for over 6 months due to insufficient exterminators hired by property manager Bill), we had black mold all over our apartment (despite having a dehumidifier and using bathroom fan) which other tenants told me they had an issue with as well (instead of getting rid of black mold property manager painted over the black mold which did not stop the problem), we got robbed and when we told property manager Bill said many people... read more
