I'm going to start off by saying, whatever they put on their listing IS MISLEADING!!! I went apartment hunting at the beginning of May/June and this particular apartment was great from what the advertising stated. Now, while I did appreciate the area in which its located, that is about as good as it gets. My rent was supposed to be $769 per month for 1 bed 1 bath - reasonable right? The WORST place I've ever rented at. Besides the roach issue and the absolutely atrocious water pressure that just seemed to get worse, apartment management is basically never available when you really need them or they'll "get back to you." Rent started at $790 something and somehow jumped to $950, for a shoebox 1 bedroom apartment that looks older than McAllen itself. READ YOUR LEASE! They will tack on fees out of absolutely no where and put in the lease that they're allowed to at their discretion. The area is sketchy too.... read more
The office staff in MCALLEN , TX is the best. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable...
I’m currently tenant here, I was without hot water for 2 months and they didn’t want to do anything to help me. They keep telling me there going to talk to the Vp and nothing I can’t wait for my lease to be over don’t rent here management not helpful at all.
