The food was sub-par, the kids meals were a joke, and the service was terrible! When we arrived there was no one to seat us. We had to wait until a waiter noticed us. On our way to our table another customer told our waiter he was looking for his server. That should have tipped us. Margaritas are not made from scratch. Fajitas were mediocre. Burritos were bad. Poor service. Too many other options to choose this place again.
Horrible. I've eaten on numerous occasions at Pepper's Mexican Grill and have always ordeed the same thing. When my daughter and I went in on7/26/13, our server hit us with all of these up charges and I inquired when did these changes take place because I eat here quite often. He then pointed at my BUY ONE GET ONE coupon and siad :You're getting two meals for the price of one, so..." Food great & great place for kids. Also private area for family get-to-gethers & celebrations.
I went to this peppers with my in-laws and thought it would be a decent place for an early dinner. Our waiter was horrible and ignored us, didn't refill our drinks and when my wife asked for the sour cream that went with her meal he walked awaya nd never brought it to her. If that wasn't enough when my Mother-in-law saw her credit card report, the waiter had given himself a $48 tip instead of the $8 tip she wrote down.
