I visited Peppers this evening, the food was amazing and we had great service. I highly recommend trying the Santa fe chicken.

Peppers is the quintessential Mexican restaurant. Located right on scenic Centre Street in downtown Fernandina. Very nice covered outdoor dining on the terrace. The food is terrific and very tasty. The fajitas are the best on the island. The service was nicely balanced in attentiveness and allowing some privacy. A real winner!
My wife and I went into Pepper's to have a drink and were given chips and salsa. fantastic salsa. Bartender Brett was very good.
