Manager was too busy to talk with me when I came in to discuss having a party of 25-30 people for my husbands surprise 30 birthday party. He never returned my phone call for 4 days..... Barbara Jeans took great care of us!!
We just had a fantastic dinner at Peppers! The service (Cliff) was awesome! I was planning on getting a house margarita but he suggested the house mojito and it was terrific! The service was prompt (on a busy Saturday night!) and food super fresh! We sat outside on a lovely night and enjoyed the evening! I would highly recommend. Reasonably priced for great food!
You can always count on a great meal and fantastic service. Upscale Mexican food. One of our regular "Go To" resturants in Fernandina.
Terrible food!
Food was ok, but LADIES BEWARE of the bathrooms I got stuck in one of the stalls (door goes all the way to the floor cant go under it) right at closing time last night, couldn't get out was yelling my face off no one heard me. Finally after 15 or 20 minutes or so my husband got worried and decided to come looking for me and rescued me. Was very scary and all they said was sorry didn't even bother to comp our meal or even assure us it would be fixed before they opened today. SO beware!
I used to come here every week to get the seafood fajitas. Ever since shrimp fest the prices have skyrocketed. Service has gotten horrible, and I am sitting here, after eating cold fish tacos writing this. My friend ordered nachos with no onions, and they came covered. When the waiter finally came to our table and we told him of the mistake, he said "sorry about that", then he walked away. This place is not the same place we fell in love with, and we will be taking our weekly Mexican food business elsewhere.
Food was great, service was friendly. Walked right in, and was sat right down without reservations.
Yummy!!! Berta is an amazing server and the food is fantastic.
I walked in at 8:30 last night to have dinner with my family who was in from out of town. I first walked in with my 2 boys and the hostess asked how many were in my party, when i said that i had 7 she turned around like she promptly told me that they were apparently already closed. They had JUST sat another table when we walked up. When i looked up the restaurant online i saw that they actually did not close until 10:00.
